It rests on an airstream trailer chassis. She was built in two roof sections and eight wall units. The studs are 2 5/8 studs (2x6s ripped in half). The roof is shingled up to the peak and has ropes attached to pull roof units off. The entire house can be disassembled and loaded onto trailers. Re-assemble in about 4 hours.
Base shell includes: insulated floor, 8 windows, 2 doors (1 interior, 1 exterior), loft lumber, cabinets, electric stove and microwave. As-is for $25K
Can move the tiny house to any location and reassemble in the Anchorage Bowl for an additional $5K or on the Kenai Peninsula for an additional $12K
