Just one, with wheel pressure sensor mounted in place. I just dismounted the bad tire (holding air at 33 psi), which was a 225/65r17. This rim is set up for a wide tire at 7.5", 225 235 245 255 265 widths would all work.

I will get some pictures, also sensor part no.
17x7.5x 5x4.7". (Lug pattern 5 x ~120mm)
Measures 4 3/4-" maybe slightly smaller. I think off a GM based on tpms info but not certain.
Center hole measures about 2 7/8" (2 3/4" to 2 7/8")
Deep lug wells, aluminum alloy rim note wide rim @ 7.5".
This Tpms is used on GM vehicles from 2008 to 2014 but not limited to GM and these years.
General use OEM compatible.
40 bucks if you just want the Tpms. Guaranteed to work or your money back.
Maybe off Cadillac, Camaro or a Pontiac, not sure.
