One tire is better than the other,(I cut the sidewall out of the worst tire for a planter, one usable tire remains), Last call , scheduled for the recycling center if no-one has an off-road use for the one not cut down.

May work good for a dirt retaining wall (steps), planter spring raised bed garden or for pretty flowers, or tire swing as well. (One is still usable as a tire).
